RETURN POLICY Right of return/replacement. In case of an actual defect or lack of agreed quality, the buyer is entitled alternatively, without charge, to a) repair of the product or b) replacement of the product or c) reduction of the price proportional to the defect or d) withdrawal from the sale. The consumer has the right to demand without charge the repair or replacement of the product if : - The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the one ordered is delivered or the wrong quantity or a defective product or damaged packaging. - The consumer contacts the store within 48 hours of receipt of the product at 6934180010 or at the email address [email protected], in order to point out the problem and authorize the return. - If it is a product that does not correspond to the order, it must not have been used and must be in its packaging in the condition received. - In any case, the product must be returned with all original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, etc.) and in its original packaging. - Returns are made by the postal company that the store will indicate to the customers and at the store's expense.
Right of withdrawal. The consumer has the right to withdraw without giving reasons within fourteen (14) calendar days, unless a longer period has been agreed, by returning the goods in their original condition, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. This period shall commence on receipt of the goods. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the supplier shall be obliged to refund the amounts paid by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days. The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible if: - He/she completes and sends the relevant withdrawal form provided to him/her at the time of placing the order. - The product has not been worn or used beyond the trial, no pieces have been removed and no modifications have been made to the jewellery. - No CUORO shop tags and product labels have been removed or damaged in any way. - All accompanying product documentation, such as instructions for use, and proof of purchase are returned. - The product is sent in the packaging in which it was received. - An email is sent to [email protected], marked "Return" and mentioning the order code. For hygiene reasons, no exchanges/returns on earrings and hair accessories (earrings, cues, bandanas, etc.). Also, no changes and returns are made on jewellery that belongs to the personalised jewellery category and has undergone special processing upon request e.g. engraving. In case the returned product is associated with a gift, then it must be returned together with the product and the specific gift. CUORO, receives and checks the products and undertakes to refund the corresponding amount in the corresponding manner in which the payment was made. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, CUORO has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally make a partial set-off of this claim against the customer's claim. CUORO shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the product during the return transport. REFUND In the event that a refund needs to be made to you, the following applies:
BY PURCHASE THROUGH AN ONLINE STORE - If the purchase was made online with payment by card, the refund will be made to your card within 7 working days. - If the order was paid for by bank deposit, we will need you to email us at [email protected] a bank account in order for us to refund you. Refunds are made at the end of each week. - If payment for the order was made by cash on delivery, you return goods to us by post and we will refund you as soon as we receive your package. If the return is for products you no longer want, you will be charged for the shipping costs. Products must be accompanied by the receipt, the date of which must not be more than 14 days old.
