DELIVERY POLICY

Η CUORO αποτελεί ένα ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα το οποίο έχει τη δυνατότητα να εξυπηρετήσει αποστολές παραγγελιών σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό, καθώς επίσης και φυσικό κατάστημα στην οδό Πόντου 83, Καλαμαριά, Θεσσαλονίκη. Η παραλαβή της παραγγελίας μπορεί να γίνει με αποστολή στο χώρο της επιλογής σας με εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών – courier, είτε με παραλαβή από το φυσικό μας κατάστημα. Οι εταιρίες που συνεργαζόμαστε είναι η ΕΛΤΑ Courier και η Γενική Ταχυδρομική.

After placing your order and if you have provided your e-mail address, you will be informed by e-mail about the progress of your order.

We cannot change the shipping address once you have registered your order. Any change you make to your account on the Website will not be changed on the spot and will not be registered to orders you have already placed.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are fulfilled on Monday.

Shipments within Greece

For orders within Greece there is the possibility of sending the order to the place of your choice with a courier company - courier.

There are the following delivery methods:

Within 1-3 working days, depending on the availability of the products of the order.
In case a product is not immediately available, the waiting time may reach 3-5 working days, unless there is a shortage, in which case you will be informed by phone or e-mail.

Courier companies do not make deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping costs *

Για παραγγελίες όπου το κόστος αγοράς και το βάρος των προϊόντων δεν ξεπερνά τα 39 Ευρώ και 2kg αντίστοιχα, το κόστος μεταφορικών είναι 4 Ευρώ.
For orders where the purchase cost is more than 39 Euro and the weight of the products remains less than 2kg, there is no shipping cost charge.
In all other cases where the weight of the products in the order is more than 2kg, there is an additional charge of 0,80 Euro for each additional kilo.
The cost of cash on delivery, in any case, is 2 Euro.
In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment will be charged based on the volumetric weight.

Shipments to Cyprus and abroad

CYPRUS

For orders that involve shipping to Cyprus, the cost of shipping is determined by the shipping method and the weight of the products.

For express delivery, orders are sent by air and the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days, from the time the order leaves our premises. Flights depart every other day and the cost is: 18,60 Euro.

For standard delivery, orders are shipped by ship and the estimated delivery time is set at 7-8 working days, from the time the order leaves us. The indicative order cost is 10€.

Regardless of the mode of dispatch, the cost of cash on delivery is 2,50 Euro. In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment is charged on the basis of the volumetric weight.

ABROAD

For orders involving shipments abroad outside Cyprus, deliveries are made by ELTA Courier with the Special Priority Mail (SPM) services.

The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days by air and 5-7 working days by road.
The order cost is determined by the weight of the products and varies depending on the country and the shipping zone of the package.
In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment will be charged based on the volumetric weight.
CUORO is not responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may be incurred by the authorities of each country.

* * CUORO reserves the right, if there has been any change or error in the estimation of the shipping or payment cost, to modify the final cost of the order, provided that the customer has been informed beforehand. In the event that the order is not received by the customer, the customer will be liable for the shipping costs. We do our best to ensure that you receive your parcels within the specified date.
